Our beef processing is simply second to none.

Our USDA-certified beef cuts have been keeping families around southwestern Michigan fed for decades. Here at Pease Packing, we guarantee the humane handling of all the animals and use every part of the beef when we process the animals. Because we have this respect, we make sure to use every part of the meat when we’re performing beef processing. When we butcher our beef, we age it to accomplish a buttery, marbled texture and flavor before we begin cutting the meat.
